Provisional Community Strategies was founded in 2017 to help leaders, nonprofits, and coalitions move from vision to action. With deep roots in community organizing, public health, and government affairs, we bring both strategy and heart to the table.

    Tiandra “Tia” Fields is a policy strategist and community advocate with more than a decade of experience advancing equity, public health, and community-centered policy across Louisiana. She helps nonprofits, coalitions, and advocacy organizations navigate government systems, shape legislative outcomes, and strengthen their operational and communications infrastructure.

    Her work includes:
    • Guiding clients through legislative strategy, policy analysis, and regulatory compliance
    • Building cross-sector coalitions with government leaders, healthcare providers, and community organizations
    • Securing grant funding and supporting public health, criminal legal reform, and immigrant rights initiatives
    • Designing advocacy campaigns and communications that influence policy at local, state, and federal levels

    Tiandra’s approach blends narrative power, strategic clarity, and a deep commitment to community-centered solutions—helping organizations move from complex challenges to meaningful, measurable impact.
